Natalie Mourtada is a board certified nurse practitioner. Natalie is a product of Dearborn Public Schools and graduated from Fordson High School. She then attended Madonna University to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and continued on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University.
Natalie’s professional experience includes working within various emergency departments across Metro-Detroit, where she identified some major issues.
While working in the emergency department, Natalie noticed trends of multiple re-admissions to the same patients for complaints or exacerbations that could have potentially been avoided. She was able to conclude that a large majority of emergency department visits could have been avoided with at home interventions.
She was determined to find a solution to empower patients and improve their quality of life while keeping them at home.
Natalie is also a SANE certified nurse and a forensic examiner for sexual assault victims.
Her interests include forensics, criminology, and psychology.

Sara Reda-Hawily is board certified nurse practitioner and a product of Dearborn Public Schools. She graduated from Fordson High School and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Madonna University. She chose to further her academic career and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.
After graduating nursing school, Sara began working in a level one emergency department. She also floated through various emergency departments within a health system. She had the opportunity to help patients at their most vulnerable moments. For some, people coming to the emergency department and then being admitted to the hospital can be the worst or most difficult days of their life.
Sara determined that home healthcare could be a potential solution to decrease emergency department admissions and inpatient stays.
Aside from working in the acute care setting, Sara’s other interests include cosmetic face and body treatments. She also serves an aesthetic provider which allows her to combine her passion for cosmetics and anatomy and enhance peoples’ confidence.
